In my paper, I discuss the "Entangled Framework" that I developed for animation production, which focuses on incorporating the personal experiences of the crew into the creative process. While producing my graduation film, I collaborated with first-year animation students, giving me the opportunity to test and refine this framework. A crucial aspect of my approach was creating an environment centered on transparency, accountability, and open communication. I empowered team members with creative control, such as allowing students to choose how to animate their characters, despite potential stylistic inconsistencies. I encountered challenges, like the students' lack of proficiency in certain software, which I addressed by providing supportive resources like step-by-step guides. The framework's emphasis on personal narratives was particularly evident in my pilot episode of "Entangled Life," which focused on my own trauma. I conclude in my paper by reflecting on the improved morale and personal well-being experienced by myself and my team, solidifying my belief in the framework's potential for future professional applications.
